Membership Terms of Service.

Membership perks, including but not limited to complimentary upgrades, resort credits, priority check-in, and exclusive rates, are offered through In-fluence Travel Agency’s curated network of global travel partners. These benefits are subject to availability at the time of booking and are not guaranteed for all trips or destinations. 

Discounts, upgrades, and VIP services are applicable only when bookings are made through In-fluence Travel Agency with participating suppliers within our preferred global network. Benefits may vary depending on the supplier, destination, travel season, and availability.

All travel arrangements must be booked through In-fluence Travel Agency to access member-exclusive perks. Bookings made independently, or with non-affiliated suppliers, may not qualify for membership benefits.

While membership plans are designed to help members save on travel, exact savings are not fixed and may fluctuate with time based on market rates, supplier availability, and the specific travel itinerary.

Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the individual at the time of sign-up. Membership will be valid for 1 year from confirmation date, unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized use of membership benefits may result in termination of membership and privileges.

In-fluence Travel Agency reserves the right to update, change, or modify the terms of the membership program, including partner networks, pricing structures, and available perks, at any time without prior notice. In-fluence Travel Agency reserves the right to terminate any membership for misconduct and will offer a pro-rated refund for remaining membership term.

In-fluence Travel Agency does not guarantee the availability or value of any specific benefit on a given trip and is not liable for changes made by third-party providers.
